NEW TRANSACTION REQUEST NEW TRANSACTION REQUEST
  • Provide us with your basic information and license/qualification.
  • Select a sourcing group and company you wish to do business with.
  • When required, auto screening is conducted.
  • Auto screening is carried out with the information you`ve provided.
  • If approved, your company will be registered into the potential supplier pool.
  • If not approved, you may still re-apply after your qualification meets the approval of Auto Screening.
POTENTIAL SUPPLIER POTENTIAL SUPPLIER
  • If registered into the potential supplier pool, the purchaser who requested registration evaluation can proceed.
  • Registration evaluation is completed after document review or an in-person visit.
  • If approved, your company will be registered into the registered supplier pool.
  • If not approved, your company may RFQ and conduct a transaction as a conditional supplier.
  • If not approved, you may still re-apply after your qualification is processed through registration evaluation.
REGISTERED SUPPLIER REGISTERED SUPPLIER
  • To RFQ or conduct a transaction, your company must receive registration approval or conditional transaction approval.
  • When the approval process is completed, your company will be notified with details of whether you`ve met registration approval or conditional transaction approval.
